Exposed “Dreamers” Memo Reveals Liberal Need for Hispanic Votes, Shrinking Black Relevance

A leaked memo authored by a former high-level advisor to both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton reveals that liberal support for illegal alien “dreamers” is likely more about electoral machinations than humanitarian altruism.

While Project 21 member Christopher Arps considers the strategy a power-play by the liberal establishment, he also sees a shift in their favoritism from blacks to Hispanics. This decline in black political clout, he notes, shows a lack of liberal empathy for the problems facing the blacks.

In the January 8 memo distributed to “Interested Parties” by the left-wing powerhouse Center for American Progress, former White House Communications Director Jennifer Palmieri [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jennifer_Palmieri] (who served in a similar position with the Clinton 2016 presidential campaign) advised liberal politicians to stonewall legislation on Capitol Hill. She advocated impeding congressional business as a means of obtaining some form of amnesty for illegal aliens who entered the United States as children. Such amnesty would also likely extend to entire families.

Palmieri’s memo – obtained and published by the Daily Caller – specifically calls for blocking votes on necessary spending bills “that do not offer a fix for Dreamers and instead appropriate funds to deport them.”

In sunsetting the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program last September, President Donald Trump compelled Congress to come up with a legislative solution by March. On January 9, he brought together congressional leaders from both sides of the aisle to try to work out a solution. Border security, however, is a White House requirement that liberals adamantly oppose.

Citing an opportunity for creating “political allegiances” through supporting amnesty, Palmieri also noted in her memo that “it is also a critical component of the Democratic Party’s future electoral success… If Democrats don’t try to do everything in their power to defend Dreamers, that will jeopardize Democrats’ electoral chances in 2018 and beyond.”

In his assessment of the liberals’ immigration scheme, Christopher – a frequent St. Louis-area talk radio guest host,  principal with Red Tail Strategies and co-founder of the Move-On-Up.org black social network – said:

Everyone but the most ardent Kool-Aid drinkers know that DACA and other amnesty plans for illegals are really about creating future voters who will promote a liberal legislative agenda.

In reality, I doubt progressives give a damn about these people.

The liberal agenda’s most loyal voting block – blacks – are killing themselves off with abortions and murder. For example, homicide has been the number-one cause of death for black males between the ages of 15 and 34. A disproportionate 35 percent of abortions are performed on black women.

The liberals simply need people to fill the ranks. I wonder if we’ll see Palmieri’s crass pleas for new voters reported on at MSNBC, CNN or the three broadcast networks.
