Vodkapundit has a nice discussion going about Dana Gattuso’s commemoration of the Kyoto global warming treaty’s first and altogether unsuccessful first anniversary. Stephen notes that Europe “rigged” the Kyoto game, but is losing anyway. He’s quite right.
