The Members are Pussycats, Compared to the Staffers

In response to this good idea (as reported by the American Spectator’s Quin Hillyer), I am reminded of one of the two most controversial ideas the National Center has ever put forward: More than a dozen years ago, my husband formally proposed that term limits be put in place for Capitol Hill staff.



The National Center for Public Policy Research is a communications and research foundation supportive of a strong national defense and dedicated to providing free market solutions to today’s public policy problems.
