Kim Jong-il may be dead, but that doesn’t mean you’ve heard the last from him. Here’s his final letter — from Hell!

Hell isn’t quite what Lil’ Kim Jong thought it would be. For instance, he gets mail: “Jimmy Carter send me condolence card yesterday, as well as $30 gift card to Chili’s. But down here we only have Applebees! Jimmy always trying to kiss up to the family. He just send letter to my son wishing him every success. They just made that little rascal a four-star general. Yeah, and I’m Elizabeth Taylor!”

Lil’ Kim Jong and Osama bin Laden have also started a comedy duo — you can catch them at the Hades Applebees this weekend.
