What appears to be an alarming example of Congressional malfeasance was unearthed late yesterday by David Freddoso of the Washington Examiner and ABC’s “Top Line.”

Apparently, despite a year of intensive debate over enactment of ObamaCare legislation, followed by nearly a year of extensive debate and litigation thereafter, Florida’s senior senator, Bill Nelson, lacks rudimentary information about what is in it.

Those questioning how a Senator from Florida could support legislation so harmful to many millions of seniors may just have received their answer.
