Project 21’s Borelli Talks Trump, Energy on Hannity’s “Great American Panel”

Project 21 fellow Deneen Borelli was a member of the “Great American Panel” on the 4/21/11 edition of “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel. Host Sean Hannity, Bernard McGuirk of the Don Imus show and Occidental College professor Caroline Heldman joined Deneen in the debate.

In describing the appeal of Donald Trump, Project 21 Fellow Deneen Borelli says the billionaire developer and reality-television star excites Americans who see Trump as a “straight shooter.”

Deneen notes that the current American energy crisis is occurring because President Obama “doesn’t care” about the plight of average, struggling American. Deneen notes that Obama is ignoring the “abundance of resources” in the United States — as cataloged by the Congressional Research Service — in order to push a renewable energy agenda that conflicts with the laws of supply and demand and inflicts more damage on those lacking wealth and status.
