Project 21’s Borelli on Fox News Friday Morning to Discuss National Center’s Google Shareholder Resolution

On Friday morning, Project 21 fellow Deneen Borelli is scheduled to be a guest on the Fox News Channel’s “Fox and Friends” at approximately 7:45 AM eastern.

Deneen will be talking about the National Center’s shareholder proposal presented at the Thursday’s Google, Inc. annual meeting.

The National Center’s proposal asks Google to issue a report that discloses any board member investments that represent a financial conflict of interest for Google and to specify how it determines when conflicts arise and to detail any actual conflicts that have violated the company’s Code of Conduct Policy.  News reports indicate that Google board member John Doerr, a venture capitalist heavily invested in alternative energy, may financially benefit from Google’s green energy investments.
