National Center Experts to Speak at Wall Street Rally Today

Two policy experts from the National Center for Public Policy Research will speak today at a rally on Wall Street opposing a new cap-and-trade threat: a decision by ten northeastern states to auction carbon credits under their own Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, or RGGI.

The rally is sponsored by Americans for Prosperity and will take place at 11 AM at the RGGI offices at 90 Church Street in New York.

Tom Borelli, director of the National Center’s Free Enterprise Project, and Deneen Borelli, full-time fellow with the National Center-sponsored Project 21, will be among the speakers.
