Borelli on Supercommittee Failure and Taxpayer Costs for Occupy Protests

With regard to the failure of the deficit-related congressional “supercommittee,” Project 21 fellow Deneen Borelli says “we have an incompetent government” that tried to shift its collective responsibility onto just a dozen of its members.  In particular, Deneen faults the Senate and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid for failing to pass a budget in over 900 days.  On the topic of a reported $13 million bill to taxpayers for government protection and other services related to “Occupy Wall Street” protests across the nation, Deneen notes that the Tea Party “play[s] by the rules” at a minimal impact on taxpayers while the Occupy protesters have gotten away with lawbreaking and other bad behavior for far too long.  This discussion with co-host Heather Childers and fellow Fox New contributors Kimberly Guilfoyle and Jehmu Greene appeared on the 11/26/11 edition of “America’s News Headquarters” on the Fox News Channel.
