Blacks in D.C. Support Voter ID Rules

Blacks distrust voter ID requirements?  Not all of them, as this video shows.  Project 21 member Bob Parks, a senior producer at MRCTV, put together this video of black D.C. residents and workers who are largely supportive of an ID requirement to vote — citing concerns for safety, ballot integrity and the ease of getting an ID.  It throws a key liberal talking point against voter ID rules on its head.
