01 Feb 2013 And Al Gore Wonders Why We Don’t Believe Him
Drudge links today to Al Gore’s response to Fox’s Bill O’Reilly, who was wondering what all this snow teaches us about global warming.
Gore writes, “As it turns out, the scientific community has been addressing this particular question for some time now and they [sic] say that increased heavy snowfalls are completely consistent with what they [sic] have been predicting as a consequence of man-made global warming.”
And then Gore quotes not a scientist, but a journalist.
A journalist with a degree in journalism who once wrote a book about race and who describes himself as “a guy whose scientific education pretty much ended with the old ‘Watch Mr. Wizard” TV show and a subscription to Popular Mechanics.”
No wonder polls show fewer and fewer of us are worrying about global warming.
