Immediately after the U.S. Supreme Court announced it’s ruling in the case of Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin, Project 21 co-chairman Horace Cooper appeared on AriseTV to discuss the effect that the Court’s decision will have on race-based college and university admissions policies.  Also appearing in the segment is George Washington of the Coalition to Defend Affirmative Action.
