On the December 27, 2013 broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s O’Reilly Factor, Project 21 Co-Chairman Horace Cooper and Criminal Defense Attorney Nicole DeBorde debated the U.S. Department of Justice’s decision to prosecute a white defendant accused of attacking a black victim while “playing the knockout game” under federal “hate crime” laws. The debate was moderated by guest host Juan Williams.
