
Project 21 Ambassador Jacqueline (Jacque) Stevenson is an entrepreneur, healthcare professional and community advocate dedicated to expanding opportunity and strengthening communities through practical policy solutions.
Jacque is the founder of Counselors in the Community Association (CITCAUSA), a nonprofit organization focused on civic engagement, healthcare access, education and addressing the social determinants that influence long-term community stability.
She has worked in the healthcare industry since 2007, gaining extensive experience in patient care environments and community health systems. Her healthcare background informs her commitment to improving access to quality care, strengthening the healthcare workforce and advancing policies that support healthier communities.
In addition to her work in health care, Jacque is a business owner with experience operating a commercial trucking company and an artificial intelligence consulting firm that supports leadership development and technology integration for organizations. Her work across business and community leadership focuses on expanding economic mobility, supporting entrepreneurship and strengthening workforce development.
Jacque holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from National University and is currently pursuing advanced study in cyberpsychology, examining the intersection of human behavior, leadership and emerging technologies.
