Project 21 Ambassador Mark C. McGuire, Sr., is the CEO and Bishop of The Potter’s House – Dayton International Ministries.
A native of Dayton, Ohio, Bishop McGuire also serves as the founder, executive director and CEO of The CARES Justice Institute, Inc. of Dayton and as a staff pastor of The Potter’s House International Ministries (Jacksonville, FL).
Bishop McGuire has worked as a consultant for the State of Ohio and the City of Dayton in many community transformation initiatives. He sits on many boards and task forces nationally and has served for five years as a compliance officer for Project CURE, an opioid addiction center. He currently serves as a consultant and/or grant specialist for contracts awarded by United Way of Northeast Florida, Kids Hope Alliance (Duval County, FL), Partnership for Child Health (Jacksonville, FL), and others; serves as a special ambassador for the National Center for Gang Training, and serves as the executive director for the Westside MVP Team and Northside MVP Team, contracted with Cure Violence Global (Jacksonville, FL).
Bishop McGuire is the devoted husband of Dr. Angela D. McGuire, director of community impact at the United Way of Northeast Florida. He is grateful for redemption and honored to serve his community.
