Project 21 Ambassador Martin Baker is a cofounder of the Move-On-Up.org black conservative organization and a former candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Missouri’s first and fifth districts. Martin has consulted for various political campaigns on the local, state and federal levels.
A native of Sikeston, Missouri, Martin served as a volunteer missionary for 2 years in Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming for his church. He attended Brigham Young University-Idaho (formerly Ricks College) and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
