Sean Jointer

Project 21 member Sean Jointer is the owner of Righteous Enterprise. He is a construction developer and contractor who is helping reinvent communities and spaces.

Sean followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, Pastor Floyd Jackson, and his mother, Evangelist Anita Jointer, in celebrating his faith by becoming a minister. He serves as the chairman of the board of directors for Refuge Place, and is a trustee of the Rehoboth Outreach Church of the Kingdom. Both are located in Indianapolis.

He is also a community activist in Central Indiana, serving vulnerable populations such as the homeless. Sean mentors and coaches boys through the teaching of trades and coaching with the YMCA and Amateur Athletic Union Basketball. While enrolled in Manual High School’s Future Farmers of America agriculture program, he also developed a passion for alternative agriculture options.

Sean is a lifelong Hoosier and graduate of Indianapolis Public Schools.
