Will Archer

Project 21 Ambassador Will Archer is the visionary lead pastor for Potomac Valley Church in Northern Virginia. With over thirty years of leadership experience in diverse communities around the world, Will is an innovative evangelist with a proven capacity to cultivate and amplify theologically sound and culturally relevant messaging across multiple digital platforms.

Will is deeply devoted to developing strong communities through economic development and building strong families in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He serves on several boards of directors across Virginia, including the Prince William County Chamber of Commerce. He serves as the chairman of Faith in Virginia PAC and as the police chaplain for the Town of Dumfries Police Department.

Will is an alumnus of the 2019 class of Leadership Prince William and the 2022 class of Lead Virginia. He has an undergraduate degree in public policy from Arcadia University and a master’s degree from Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Virginia Theological Seminary in Alexandria, Virginia. He has been married to the love of his life, Latosha Archer, for 25 years, and they have two exceptional children.
