Michael Dozier, Ph.D., a member of the Project 21 black leadership network, is a conservative talk show host and political analyst for RANT2014.com and a member of the Wayne Dupree talk radio show’s NewsNinja Team. He is also a reporter for Examiner.com.

Dr. Dozier has engaged in advanced studies in homeland security issues, risk analysis, emergency management and disaster preparedness. He has worked with Start-EMS in humanitarian aid missions in Africa, Asia, the Balkans and in America.

In his work with the Homeland Security Foundation of America, Dr. Dozier served as one of the organization’s Commissioners on Disability and Director of Health and Human Services.
