Delegation from Black Conservative Project 21 Appears Before United Nations to Support Voter Integrity Safeguards and Counter NAACP Request<\/p>\n

New York City, NY \/ Washington, DC<\/em> – A delegation from the Project 21 black leadership network met Thursday with United Nations officials, countering an NAACP request<\/a> for an official United Nations investigation of U.S. state-level voter ID laws.<\/span><\/p>\n

Project 21 members Horace Cooper<\/a>, Deroy Murdock<\/a> and Council Nedd II<\/a> met Thursday with Assistant Secretary General for Human Rights Ivan Simonovic and human rights officer Giorgia Passarelli of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) at United Nations headquarters in New York City. <\/span><\/p>\n
