WENDI BERMAN

MEDIA RELATIONS SPECIALIST
Wendi Berman

Wendi Berman serves as a Media Relations Specialist for the National Center for Public Policy Research. In this role, she assists the Communications Team in coordinating media outlets for Project 21, the Free Enterprise Project (FEP) and Able Americans. Wendi helps develop, cultivate and manage relationships with target media outlets.

Before she arrived at the National Center, she was most recently a communications consultant, where she focused on many aspects of communications including media relations, story research, professional voiceover, script writing, and on-location production work.

Prior to her consultancy, Wendi worked in Los Angeles and New Orleans. She once held the position of Assistant Director for the Louisiana Film Commission in Baton Rouge, the chief liaison connecting the local workforce with production companies. She often shocked Hollywood producers by delivering the sad news: “No, you cannot film your movie during Mardi Gras…”

The National Center for Public Policy Research is a communications and research foundation supportive of a strong national defense and dedicated to providing free market solutions to today’s public policy problems. We believe that the principles of a free market, individual liberty and personal responsibility provide the greatest hope for meeting the challenges facing America in the 21st century.
