Some are calling for a clarification of the birthright citizenship provision attributed to the 14th Amendment, saying that it unfairly allows illegal aliens with “anchor baby” children to game the system.

Project 21 member Lisa Fritsch discusses this issue in an interview on the local Austin, Texas Fox affiliate on August 4, 2010.
