Deneen Borelli of Project 21 talks about the apparent disarray among the Obama homeland security team, as evidenced by an embarrassing ABC News interview this week in which Director of National Intelligence James Clapper showed no knowledge of a very recent high-profile arrest of alleged terrorists in London.
