Project 21’s Bob Parks Talks Immigration with G. Gordon Liddy on Friday

Bob Parks, a member of the Project 21 black leadership network, is set to appear live in the studio with syndicated radio talk show host G. Gordon Liddy on Friday, July 9.  The interview is scheduled for 12:00 PM eastern.

Bob and Gordon will be talking about the Obama Administration’s new lawsuit against the state of Arizona.  The suit challenges the state’s recently passed law that seeks to assist locally in the enforcement of existing federal anti-illegal immigration laws.

In a recent Project 21 press release, Bob talked about the possible racial and political repercussions of Obama’s challenge:

Obama and his supporters are engaged in their own “Southern Strategy” that demonizes Arizona in a cynical attempt to court Hispanic votes.  While rewarding lawlessness is by no means a popular idea among Hispanics, it is definitely something that is creating a rift between the black community and the White House.  Losing even a small portion of the black electorate could be devastating for Obama’s liberal agenda, but it may teach the President that if you live by the race card you may also die by it.
